The Obama administration's obstruction of justice is bad....compared to what?

There is quite a bit of hue and cry on the right at thiscAdministration's lack of responsiveness to subpeonas, it's destruction or 'losing' of evidence, particularly emails and its generally contemptuous attitude towards the coequal branches of government.  But excoriating the Obami isn't going to help unless you can demonstrate that what they are doing is unprecedented either in its nature or the scope of the obstruction.   This is a common flaw of partisan accusations - we need context to understand if this is a big deal or just a mole hill that partisans have built up.  Personally, I think  we haven't seen this much obstruction since the Nixon administration but I am not an expert.

Help someone - give us perspective.
