Throughout history there have always been people who would sell out for a little comfort, a little money and the fiction that they were 'players'. Quisling, Laval, LaTourrette. The problem is that the Obami use these shallow Repulicrats to serve as a fifth column to get their agenda passed without the need to compromise. As was demonstrated by this screed from LaTourrette himself cursing, yelping and barking for his corporatist masters.
