Although no one will report it that way because the party hacks are cleverly doing it through a reclassification of broadband services into a taxable category. Based upon demonstrated demand elasticities this will lead over time to an estimated decline of around 6 million subscribers.
It's not an unreasonable thing to do but it's being done in an underhanded manner by an administration that knows that the lamestream press will never, ever honestly report its machinations.
