Heather Wilson on the hysteria over the transgendered and the children who are being robbed of childhood by it. The facts of life are cruel: we don't pick our birth or death days and we can't be any one or thing we want to be. You can stretch reality but try as you might, you can't contradict it. That is why I am sanguine about both lgbtq and progressive triumphalism: mother nature's a cruel and jealous bitch and no you may not have dessert unless you mind her.
