Because, you know, it's legal. There is nothing uglier than minding your own business and having a self righteous church lady neighbor try and get you arrested because the little shrieker "disaporoves" of you. Then if she's your typical "Christian" she'll tell you she's "praying" for you as the SWAT team steps over your slaughtered pets to exit the smoldering ruins of your house.
Church ladies both male and female are dangerous neighbors in chock full of SWAT team America. They're the stool pigeons of the totalist super state.
