If you are a non citizen who admits to using drugs you can be declared persona non grata and never be allowed back in the US. It's a pity we can't use that law on Barack Obama.
Our government is filled with hateful people thinking up new persecutions and cruelties. Expensive, cruel and useless. That's our Federal Stupor State.
