Companies are shifting their domicile overseas to get a fairer tax regime - Obami outraged

"How dare you act in your shareholder's best interests!" the anti-capitalist community organizers splutter.  "You're here to fund our hope and our change.  Where do we get off if you guys won't pay for all our promises?"

Note the petulant stamp of the foot and the angry tears when the little dears realize that people aren't here to serve them and no matter how much they shout or wave their guns and shackles and point back at their steel boxes companies domiciled in other countries don't have to bribe them to do business.

Maybe if you were nice to those who invest they would be nice to you.  I know it doesn't fit your ideology but it works for Moms (OK, not yours, she was a screeching Marxist who hated anyone that created wealth anywhere, but normal moms).  Hattip Reason.com

Incidentally, according to rankings released last year by the consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, the U.S. ranks 64 out of 189 for ease of paying business taxes. This country also has a total tax rate that's above average, and barely seems to be trying to compete with other countries that Americans once mocked as overtaxed and overgoverned.
