I thought highway robbery was a thing of the past in America. But then the police started robbing people.

In Iowa of all places.

What happens when the people who are paid to "protect" us  - openly, with the support of the law and for their own gain - start stealing from us instead?

And for all you right wing church lady drug warriors: how far is it really from "you have a lot of cash so you must be a criminal so we get to steal it" to "you have a lot of wealth so you must be a criminal so we get to steal it"?
