Oh how the mighty have fallen - US ranked only 19th on the Global Rule of Law Index

Which puts us with the southern Europeans.  We're no longer in the northern European's league.  But Japan and Singapore are.  Most of the lawlessness is at the Federal level.  Our out of control stupor state tramples indiscriminately.  We desperately need to break it up, break it all up.  But instead were bloating it, bloating it all up into the Jabba the Hutt of governments.  I hate to say it but we increasingly suck.  And the rate of suckage is accelerating.  Sigh.
