President Obama is reading off of President Nixon's playbook says Victor Davis Hanson.  Perhaps but he's got the media and intelligentsia on his side so the definition of 'unconstitutional' and 'criminal' are suddenly very, very different.  As he says:  he is not a 'crook'.

In other News, the NYT admits that BHO is becoming 'poisonous' to the Democrats' cause which is mostly self aggrandizement and glory seeking.  Usually the dose makes the poison but in the Obami's case even the smallest dose may prove homeo-mortic, so to speak.  Cover your face when in the presence of Obami, the loser bacillus is spreading.
