Look at you prog inner city and it's all yay choo choo, bike and even streetcar (!) and boo Uber, Lyft, Car2Go, Zipcar and so on. Innovation, diversity and any technology less than 100 years old is anathema to the balding ponytail set. As the link explains, using the oh so progressive city of Seattle, God help them, as an example.
Progressive doesn't really have anything to do with progress does it?
