The economically freest state is: Alberta!

This is what the Canucks think of our economic freedom.  It doesn't actually jive with my experience but I'm not Canadian.  I mean in what alternative Universe does Cali have lots of economic freedom?  Must be their surfeit (new word, new word!) of ice and snow that causes the Canuck to uprate the PRC.
