It is a testament to the hubris of the left during this age of hope 'n change - or is that hoppin john? No hoppin john is some kind of food, hope 'n change is the transparently Leninist philosophy that small elite serving as a vanguard of the people shall impose the mores and politics of the faculty club on the nation. You know, any kind of sex except that which produces children, the systematic pillaging of other people's children's futures and the elevation of the environment to be their pagan God. Lenin called it Democratic Centralism meaning 'you shut up, we call the shots'. Now Lenin used to shoot those who wouldn't let him call the shots which was a classic Russian solution. Here in hope 'n changeville, we simply assassinate their character and claim that war is peace, love is hate, property is theft and the Christian God supports gay sex, nay commands celebration of creative orificography. And any backwoods neanderthal like the Duck Dynasty gang had better shut up if they want to keep their jobs and their homes.
As anyone who doesn't spend their days in leftist hothouse environment already knows it won't work. And hopefully they'll persist and drag the corrupt and cynical Democrats down with them.
