The US has signed an MOU promising that undocumented illegal Mexicans will receive all workplace rights in the US. How about getting Mexico to say the same thing for its illegals?
That's the sort of thing that the Constitution (remember that?) set up advice and consent for: to ensure that shallow ideological Presidents didn't sign unfair, one sided agreements with foreign powers. But with the light bringing singularity and black Jesus dude in the House we don't need any stinkin' Constitution. Our Lord and Savior outranks it anyway.
