We've been governed by moderate Democrats, Compassionate Conservatives and the Leftist Jesus. Not a doctrinaire right winger among them. And the Godly and Righteous Super State has gotten more and more power and spends (and borrows) a larger and larger share of our wealth. Yet things since our last resolutely pro market President get worse and worse.
How can this be? The torments of the damned indeed.
