Medical Health Record systems are very complex suites of software that integrate with many operational and scheduling systems. They will only be successful when implemented carefully by organizations with the resources, incentives and desire to get it right.
Yet a large proportion of MHR systems have been slapped in by reluctant providers forced by the Feds because "everyone" said it was " modern" and would save money. Where the Feds get the expertise to preempt the record keeping and operational systems and judgement for tens of thousands of very heterogeneous providers I do not know.
Perhaps Harvard law? After all when you're the smartest at Harvard Law well, you're the smartest combination of ignorance and arrogance that can be had for love or money. God save us from Ivy League shysters. Well obviously he can't save us from them because they already infest our nation like ringworm on an old stray dog. So God rescue us from all these shyster-ticks.
