The Sovs had the catch all "Anti Soviet Behavior" we have things like making false statements to a Fed, "obstruction", "conspiracy" and a myriad of technical laws and bans on being near indigenous plants and so on. So long as the state is given the task to perfect us the brutality can only intensify. With the only difference in one's opinion of the state being whether you and yours have yet become a target of the body and soul snatchers.
