Katie Roiphie on ridiculous rape statistics from twenty years ago. Only back then Democrat politicians knew they were ridiculous. Today our fearless President sets the entire majesty of the Federal government off on a mad chase to punish all the evildoers that are out there raping the sisters. And he does so by utterly violating their brothers' rights.
