DHS head "exerted improper influence" for Reid and McCauliffe deals

Virginia traded in a small time crook for a big time one. But since virtually all career lawyers in DoJ are Dems fat chance seeing a prosecution in any Administration. The Feds aren't a government so much as a racket.
