We have a catstrophic reproducability crisis in modern science. Science Magazine, one of the big few scientific journals is addressing the crisis by stepping up it's scrutiny of the shoddy statistics that characterize much of academic science in the world today. From now on the statistical standard of proof needs to be defined up front. And statisticans will be part of every review team. There are so many damned number that it's easy to lie, or accidently tell a falsehood with no one notincing.
