I was perusing the Missouri state house and senate results today (blizzards do that) and I was shocked by what I found: Republicans control 26 of 34 State Senate seats....that's 26 to 8 for the Rs. In the State House, they control 106 of 163...that's 106 to 57. In the US Senate race the Democrat lost every county except Jackson (KC), and St. Louis City and county. Outside of the older, shrinking urban areas the Democrat party has for all intents and purposes ceased to exist. This is in Missouri, a state that was historically Democrat even during the Civil War.
It certainly shows what incompetent leftist leadership can do for you. And it gives me a lot of hope for change.
