Say it ain't so, Barack

When he was running for President Barack Obama made a big deal of how unconstitutional, criminal, indeed, evil the Bush administration's anti-terrorism policies were.  You know, Guantanamo, Rendition, Targeting US Citizens for death without recourse to due process.

TARGETING AL-AWLAKI: “For many people, the Obama administration’s decision to put Al-Awlaki, who holds US citizenship, on the capture-or-kill targeting list, directly on the say-so of President Obama, is the ‘rubber-meets-the-road’ intersection of counter-terrorism, international law, and domestic Constitutional law.”

Not that I'm objecting.  But Mr. Obama's ethics are remarkably situational, aren't they?  Hat tip Instapundit.
