We really don’t have any influence on which cat gets to the top.  This is because our interests are more geopolitical than political (stability, keep your hands off of our pals in the yarmulkes, keep on pumpin’) anyone who does that is our friend.  Just ask whichever prince is on top of the house of Saud this moment.  The boys that get to the top of the greasy pole called Cairo will make a decision based upon our bux and rep vs. the imperatives of their political positioning.  We can’t influence the latter and frankly we don’t have the money to do much of anything more on the former.
