But college officials contend that the loan cards make life much easier for administrators and students, and that they can provide an extra bit of income for cash-strapped schools.”

If you want to know the 'progressive' narrative, just figure out whether the exploiters are part of the coalition.  If they aren't, then evil bad.  If they are, well, they're just some of the sweetest guys you'll ever meet.  These people make the Mafia look principled.  That explosion you're hearing?  It's the education bubble popping.  And I hope a lot of these so called 'educators' get buried in the rubble.  Thieves.
