Profile of a weak (aka French) recovery

Usually after swingeing job losses like those of '08 and '09, the economy roars back with huge job gains. But not this time.  Our 'recovery summer' job gains are looking like the gains experienced late in a dying expansion.  Way to go boys, you've achieved......France.
