The relative decline of America is inevitable but what is shocking is the speed at which relative decline has become absolute decline. Our political class has been so focused on looting us that they have forgotten that the entire world order (including their ill gotten booty) rests on a strong United States. I guess political lawyers just can't think that far beyond their grasping hands.
