My alma mater, the University of Tulsa Golden Hurricane (don't ask, 'cause I don't know why) are playing the Mustangs of Southern Methodist University tonight in Dallas. My Grandfather Elmer Savage, aptly described his college boy grandsons as 'Yalies' because (among other things) of our soft, lotiony hands. However he reserved his greatest contempt for the matriculants of the Southernmost Methodist Academy located in tony Highland Park, TX. He gave them the monicker: "Candy-ass" Yalies. So in honor of my dear departed grand-pappa, may my Yalies pound their over lotioned, pedicured Candy-asses until they look like used Permian basin drilling mud.
