A tale of two sectors

Union membership in the private sector is collapsing while public sector unionization soars.  There is a principled case for banning unionization and union bargaining in the public sector and judging from the grotesquely disproportionate rewards handed out to public sector workers, it's a case with a lot of empirical and moral support.  Hat Tip Carpe Deim.
