San Francisco bay area: America's most bigoted community?

Bigotry has traditionally been associated with the rural south or working class white ethnic neighborhoods in the north.  But based upon what I see on the 'net I would have to conclude that the San Francisco bay area is the most bigoted metro area in the nation.
