The rich in America pay more taxes in relation to their share of national income than in any other rich, developed nation in the world. The greedy bastards. Note that the United States, Australia and Canada -among the countries with the highest shares paid by the rich - are also the nations with the most decentralized and classically liberal political institutions that are the least dominated by central elites.
