Just one more example of our public 'servants' gouging us

Mocking our domestic Federal government is like shooting fish in a barrel:  no matter what the topic I can start with the assumption that they are wasteful, incompetent, overpaid and harmful to the common good and never be far off the mark.  Here's just one more classic example of all of the above:
