The bebadged thug claims she was walking on the "wrong" side of the road. Too many cops are cops because they are trying to enhance their wounded self esteem. They believe a gun and a badge will make people respect them. Speaking for myself, I have never respected law enforcement less and warn my kids to avoid them.
Because they're paid to hurt you.
