BHO really doesn't believe in liberty does he?

Mike Barone points out that BHO is implementing the Chicago way which is the elites getting together and divvying up the loot at the expense of everyone else - hey, it 'works'.  Now BHO is pitching the Disclose act which uses ever more devious ways to shut down political speech that the Supreme Court just ruled could not be banned.  The party hacks hate to be criticized.  Jacob Sullem has the story here.
