The Newts disciplined student for espousing democracy in a friend's notebook during his Chinese exchange student trip. The Chinese jailed him so I guess that makes Newton remarkably 'liberal'. For a liberal place, that is. But budding apparatchiks should know that you don't criticize someone else's dystopia lest they throw rocks at the Glass Gulag you hope to erect one day.
