I can't imagine Governor Lowbeam of California....or whichever unindicted co-conspirator currently occupies the Illinois governorship behaving in this manner. They don't have the vocabulary, much less the conceptual range to even recognize the issue. I'm not sure Rick Perry is a genius, but at least he understands where money comes from. It would be wonderful if The One could grasp that same elementary fact.
