At college 'we pretend to teach and they pretend to learn'

 You'd think that since in most cases they're just selling scraps of paper,not marketable skills that we could get the price down.  But tragically, the Federales are involved and they pride themselves on making the simple and cheap insane and expensive.  Story here.
