Most Postal Services are Profitable - Except the US Mail

Another example of how the Federal Government is so large, complex and riddled with special interests that it can't get the simplest things done - like rationalize the Postal Service like every other civilized country has done.  Such are the wages of a mega empire linked with a magic money machine.  Break it up, break it all up.
