The Rube Goldberg Democrats

Henninger coins a phrase.  I think Rube Goldberg is caused by too much lawyering.  Lawyers have a touching faith in the efficacy of special runes written on magic hard drives.  Saying it is so doesn't make it so.  Good thing to remember for all of us.
