The fact that laws like this zero tolerance rollback are considered necessary is indicative of how insane government has become.

They're fucking up our children for playing with toy guns. Our schools are swarming with these vile abusive left fascists.  So why do we keep taxing ourselves to the Max to fund their cruelty?  Time to put these old nags out to pasture.
