Without the Federal checkbook both CA and IL are likely to beach like bloated disoriented whales. This should be an interesting and salutary example of the 'benefits' of left governance. Oh, New York, bailed to gills by TARP has but a momentary reprieve. Its 'chock full 'o lefties' government will certainly destroy any advantage created by trillions of taxpayer cash flushing it's way. Look how Bloomberg the so called 'moderate' has done.
