Why the developed world's carbon dioxide reduction efforts are futile in one chart.

Below is a chart of projected global CO2 emissions by major emitter. China under the agreement negotiated by President Obama will add more CO2 output than the entire developed world's total CO2 budget by themselves. This demonstrates conclusively that if CO2 emissions are as destructive as alarmists claim then we need to pivot to radical sequestration strategies. Yet it's mostly crickets from the IPCC high command on mitigation initiatives. Which suggests either absolute negligence or a recognition that - like me - they think their forecasts are overwrought.
