Why are so upset at what is happening in Iraq and Syria when we couldn't give a rip about Rwanda, Congo, Sudan, CAE?

The Africans had to threaten us before we would get involved. The Arabs learned this lesson a long time ago. All this talk about "evil" misses that salient point.
