Vet as victim - because the progressive state doesn't like heroes, only victims

True heroes are free and independent.  Progs  hate free and despise independence so the narrative must be about veteran victimhood. And post traumatic stress disorder is a perfect 'condition' - utterly nebulous and therefore infinitely malleable into more and more new narratives of disfunction.
