SFO spends 165,000,000 a year to care for 6300 homeless people who remain homeless

That's $26,000 or so per homeless person.  

W.O.W.  Cities and school districts have essentially become criminal enterprises pricipally organized by the public employee unions to loot their neighbors.

It's all so progressive.
